Invoices are raised two weeks before the due date. Payment is required on or before the first day of the month.
Cheques should be made payable to Bluebells Day Nursery Ltd.
Late payment of fees will be charged interest at the rate of 10%.
Persistent late payment or late payment of over two weeks may mean that your child will be unable to attend the Nursery and their place will be offered to another child.
We regret that a refund cannot be given for non-attendance.
Please inform the Nursery as early as possible if your child is unwell and unable to attend. Children must not attend if they are unwell or have any infectious illnesses. If a child has sickness or diarrhoea they must not attend for 48 hours following the illness.
Six weeks notice in writing is required when a child is to leave the Nursery. Fees are payable for this period. We ask for four weeks notice in writing when holidays are to be taken.
N.B. During holiday absence your child’s place may be offered to another child on a temporary user basis. It is therefore important that if your holiday arrangements alter and you wish your child to attend, you inform the Nursery Manager immediately. We cannot guarantee that your place can be re-booked but will make every effort to do so.
Collection
If you are not collecting your child at the end of the session you must inform the Nursery. We will ask for a description, password or photograph if the person is
unknown to us. To ensure the safety and security of your child we will not permit them to be collected without your prior authorisation.
In order to comply with Ofsted requirements for our Staff: Child ratios it is ESSENTIAL that your child is collected promptly at the end of their nursery session.
Late collection will incur charges, the details of which are available from the Nursery Manager.
Child Protection
If there is cause for concern regarding a child’s well-being (including abuse or neglect) we are under a legal obligation to report our concerns to Social Services.
